1.1 General Compliance

1. Preparation of Financial Statements

2. Circulation of Financial Statements A copy of financial statements for each financial year must be send to every member of company, every person entitled to receive notice of general meetings, every auditor of company and every debenture holder of company on request being made. |

2.2 Obligations as an employer

3.3 Obligations under Income Tax Act

2. Tax Instalment Payment CP204 |
· The estimated tax payable has to be paid in equal monthly instalments beginning from the second month of the basis period for a year of assessment. · For new companies, instalment payments must commence in the 6th month of the basis period for the year of assessment. · A company is required to pay the instalment of the estimated tax by the 15th day of each month. |

3. Balance of Tax Payment When a company has determined its actual tax payable, balance of tax which is the actual tax payable after deducting total instalments on the tax estimate. |
